When you complete our join form, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, and phone number. You choose whether to provide this — but the form cannot be submitted without it.
Information collected automatically
We do not use advertising cookies, analytics trackers, or tracking pixels on this Site. Our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically records standard technical server logs — such as IP address, browser type, and request timestamps — for security, reliability, and operating the Site. We do not use these logs to build individual profiles.
2How We Use Your Information
We use the information you provide to:
- welcome you into The Queendom community and deliver your free guide;
- respond to your inquiries and provide support;
- send you updates, resources, and news about The Queendom (you can opt out at any time);
- maintain the security and integrity of the Site.
We do not use your information for automated decision-making or profiling.
3How Your Information Is Stored & Shared
When you submit the form, your details are transmitted to and stored in Google Sheets (via Google Apps Script) within our Google account. We limit access to this information to people who need it to operate The Queendom.
We rely on a small number of trusted service providers to run the Site and community:
- Google (Workspace / Apps Script / Sheets) — stores your submitted information. See Google's Privacy Policy.
- Skool — hosts our community. When you join, you leave our Site and create an account governed by Skool's Privacy Policy and terms.
- Vercel — hosts the Site. See Vercel's Privacy Policy.
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with the providers above to operate The Queendom, or where required by law.
4Data Retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the community and the purposes described above, or until you ask us to delete it. When information is no longer needed, we remove it or anonymize it.
5Your Choices & Rights
You may, at any time:
- request a copy of the personal information we hold about you;
- ask us to correct or update it;
- ask us to delete it;
- unsubscribe from our emails using the link in any message, or by contacting us.

6Children's Privacy
The Site and community are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

The Site may link to other websites (such as Skool). We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those sites; we encourage you to read their policies.
8Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated policy.
